The Design Process
Scroll through our extensive range and fall in-love with your favourite design. Go for one of our package options, or select a singular item, add to cart and checkout along with payment.
We are always here via email or phone to guide you through the process if it’s all a little overwhelming online. Or, if you’d simply rather connect with our head designer Dani prior to purchasing, this is absolutely fine and we can quote and send a manual invoice.
Full payment is required at this time before we can put aside time to work on your artwork proof.
Once your order is placed and payment is received, we then need you to email us your wording for your items. Please use our
examples online as your guide for how much wording fits best. We will ask you to reduce your wording if it simply doesn't fit, or encourage you to go double-sided print.
If you've chosen to have guest personalisation on your stationery, you don't need to have this finalised at this stage.
Please focus on the invitation wording for your design proofs.
You can expect your emailed artwork proof within 48 hours of us receiving your wording. Then we are back and forward via email until you approve the layout. Your payment includes 3 rounds of revisions (don't worry, we usually get the layout right within 1 or 2 rounds). If you decide you want to change the design to another from our range once you have seen your layout, we will charge a re-design fee so please choose your design carefully to avoid any additional design charges.
Once you do approve your proof, no further changes are permitted without a full re-print fee by the customer as pre-press work begins immediately.
